The Olympic folks have decided. It’s either a run-off, or a coin toss. Or a new twist…speak amongst yourselves.

A quote floating around the ether since Saturday’s too-close-to-call women’s hundred meter race is “the only amateurs left in Olympic sports are the officials running them.”
Amongst many an irony in all of this is that the tie for third place and the final slot in London is getting WAY more air time than the winner, who no one talks about.
